The accommodations were as describe and very comfortable for the two of us. The kitchen had all amenities to make meals, and grocery stores were a 20 min walk. The bedroom was spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The living room had a couch and plenty of space to stretch out after a day of walking. The Capitol South metro stop was 5 min walk, and made it easy to get from and to the airport. I would definitely rent this place again.

The owners are nearby and available for any questions or issues. We had a wonderful stay with no issues at all. The property is surprisingly roomy for being in downtown. It's very clean and comfortable. You are right next to the Capoitol in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Neighbors we ran into outside we very friendly. Easy to walk to everything. We're already booked for our next stay!

My husband and I stayed in DC for a week, visiting Smithsonian museums, National Mall and other locations. This cozy apartment is 15 - 30 min slow walk to many attractions. Many restaurants and bars are 5 - 15 min away. Marina and James were very professional and there to meet any of our needs. I highly recommend this place!

Spacious, attractive, and convenient
We immediately felt at home in this beautiful space. Convenient to the Capitol and surrounding landmarks. Quiet and safe locale. Truly a great find!
